The red circles represent buoys. The data (e.g. San Francisco 46014 3.6ft 14 sec 21G23 300) means the following:

	San Francisco 46014: Name and Number of the buoy
	3.6ft 14sec: Wave height (avg. of 1/3 of largest waves) and period
	21G23: 21kn windspeed gusting to 23kn
	300: Wind-direction is from 300 degrees (NW)
